What this means

These documents describe how Geocentric operates this website and the Arc chat service at chat.geocentricai.com. We have tried to write them in plain English. Where a document has to be precise, it is precise; where it can simply say what happens, it does.

Two things worth knowing before you read further. The Arc chat service has no accounts and no payments: your conversation history is stored in your own browser, not on our servers. And Arc is a small experimental model whose limitations are documented in public, including on its model card.
