What this means
We do not set analytics cookies, advertising cookies, or tracking pixels on this site. We set exactly one cookie of our own, and it exists to remember that you already answered our age and terms notice, so we do not ask you again on every visit and on every subdomain.
The only cookies you may encounter are set by Cloudflare, our network provider, to tell legitimate traffic from automated attacks.

Third-party scripts
This site loads no third-party script. All of this site's JavaScript is code we wrote and serve ourselves. It handles the navigation menu, page animations, copy buttons, the live terminal demo and the notice described below. Web fonts are served from our own domain rather than a font CDN, specifically so that loading a page does not disclose your IP address to a third party.
This site enforces this with a Content Security Policy restricting scripts and styles to its own origin.
Controlling this
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking Cloudflare's security cookies may cause additional bot checks. Clearing site data removes the consent record, so you will be asked again first.
If we ever introduce a non-essential cookie or script, we will not load it before obtaining consent where consent is legally required, and we will update this notice first.
The notice you see on arrival
On your first visit we show a notice asking you to accept the Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy before using the website. That notice is not a cookie consent request, because we set no cookies that require consent — it records the agreement itself.
Your choices are stored in the gc_consent cookie, and mirrored into local storage under geocentric.consent.v1 in case cookies are blocked. You can reopen the notice at any time from the link in the footer.
